COMPLETE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROJECT
It is very essential to get the necessary information about the Project before buying
a house. It is also necessary to check all its parameters. Information about the
developer, location, layout, facilities etc. are included in these parameters, which
is preliminary information. Let’s understand these basic things and get a step
forward in choosing a house.
1. INFORMATION ABOUT THE

Does he have a technically competent team?

Is he reliable in the market?

How many services does the builder provide to the customers after the
completion of the project?

2. LOCATION & NEIGHBOURHOOD
OF THE PROJECT

Is the location of the Project convenient for you?
?
Are there necessary facilities like a school, a hospital, a firestation
nearby?

Is the condition of approaching roads good?
?
Does the location have transport connectivity (bus, train, etc.)?
?
How will the surrounding plots develop in future?
?
Do your friends and relatives live nearby?
?
How far is it from your workplace (office, factory, etc.)?
3. NECESSARY LEGAL SCRUTINY IN THE PROJECT

Does the Project have ‘title clear’ report?

Is the project RERA registered and does the developer give a five year warranty as per RERA?

Do they have copies of all documents of construction like N.A. document, copy of the plan passed by the authority, etc.?
